Whether you’re envisioning a pendant, ring, chain, bracelet, or a completely original concept, our team will work closely with you to bring your idea to life.

Custom projects are designed from the ground up and crafted to your specifications using professional industry standards.

How the Custom Design Process Works

1. Submit Your Concept
Tell us what you would like to create. You may specify:

  • Type of piece (ring, pendant, chain, bracelet, or custom concept)

  • Preferred base metal (gold, silver, platinum, etc.)

  • Stones or gemstones

  • Target budget

  • Design details or inspiration

You may upload reference photos, sketches, or images you would like us to use as design inspiration. Images can also be transformed into original custom designs.

2. Design & Approval
Once your request is reviewed and accepted, we will create a 3D design or detailed concept for your approval. Production begins only after final design approval.

3. Production & Quality Control
Each custom piece is made to order and undergoes specific testing and quality control before completion.

Important Information & Policies

Deposit Requirement
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production on all custom projects.

Limited Availability
To maintain quality and craftsmanship, only a select number of custom projects are accepted each month.

No Returns or Cancellations
Because all custom jewelry is made to order:

  • There are no returns or exchanges on custom pieces

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production begins

  • Production begins after deposit payment and 3D design approval

Production Timeline
Custom orders typically require 14–30 days for completion, depending on:

  • Design complexity

  • Materials used

  • Time of year and production volume

Timelines may vary slightly to ensure proper craftsmanship and quality control.
